
With a new generation of ownership the Kaiti Mall became the Kaiti Hub Gisborne, and now has a chance to create a vibrant new sense of place.
The general idea is to uplift not only the retail offering but the community associated with Kaiti Hub and in turn it’s perception by the general public... To do this we have to carefully consider the place ‘vision’ We need to craft the brand to enhance the visitor experience and empower the current & potential tenants... the long term outcome being improvements that result in a connection with a new clientele and uplifted Kaiti Hub community.
